You have decided to Self-Direct services and support. Need help? The Supports Broker Service can be included in your Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Individual Support Plan (ISP) by asking your Supports Coordinator (SC) to add this service. If you Self-Direct any service within the Community Living, Consolidated and PFDS Waivers*  it can help to:
* Provide or arrange training for Support Service Staff
* Develop effective management and supervision procedures
* Facilitate support groups to help meet self-direction needs
* Develop a back-up plan for services in emergency situations
* Coordinate informal resources and activities in the community
* Develop procedures to monitor expenditures and the utilization of services
* Assist in developing natural relationships as well as community supports
